Inaugurated in July 2022, it is located on the ground floor of the Boutique Hotel Casa Emil, in the heart of the Poiana Brașov ski resort. The ideal place for a healthy breakfast, a romantic dinner or for a small private event. The capacity of the bistro is only 14 seats, and in the summer months you can enjoy our terrace.
We offer for breakfast a carefully thought out and always fresh menu, served a la carte, and for dinner we welcome you with a gourmet tasting menu, unique every night, consisting of 2 entrees, 2 main courses and a dessert. Whether we are talking about breakfast or dinner, our dishes are always perfect, cooked from the best quality ingredients and with the utmost attention to detail.
Because each evening we only serve a unique tasting menu and the number of places in our Bistro is very limited, we encourage our guests to make a reservation with at least 8 hours in advance.
